Internship project description (MSc)

In the AI team, we’re actively working on state-of-the-art machine learning models with the aim of improving therapeutic drug development. We’re looking for someone with an interest in mathematical modeling, protein structures, and deep learning to contribute to the next generation of generative AI models to improve drug development.

Job requirements

You should have: 

  • An enrollment in a MSc program similar to: (Bio)Physics, Applied Math, Molecular Life Sciences

  • The ability to visit our office in Den Bosch 1-2 times a week

  • Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals

  • Knowledge of basic Python

  • Experience with training and evaluating deep learning models

  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch

  • Experience working in a Linux environment

  • Experience working with version control systems

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with geometrical deep learning

  • Knowledge about molecular biology
